This year’s International Women’s Day theme is #ChoosetoChallenge. ORIS and ARZ together discussed their priority and agreed that essentially what they want to challenge are all forms of Gender Discrimination.

At their meeting, they shared their message and they also joined in the hand salute, which is being used by girls and women all over the world to indicate their solidarity with the International Women’s Day challenge this year.

The timing of this event coincides with the recent launch of the girl’s project funded by Irish Aid, which includes a rich and varied programme of training, workshops, debates, exchanges and other activities and will continue throughout the year.
