The international day of the girl child, which is celebrated all over the world on the 11th October, was celebrated in Idugo with songs and games and the participation of ORIS members and girls from both Supinho and Idugo. The Foundation distributed T-shirts with messages about the importance of girl’s empowerment.

The message of empowerment was echoed in the songs and dances that were shared with all members of the community.
